In the event of any complaint please contact us immediately by phone (0191 234 2259 or 0191 265 7272)and we will endeavour to rectify your complaint to your satisfaction either by offering alternative product, or a refund.

Please ensure any returned product is done so in its original condition and, as far as is possible, within 36 hours of purchase.

An order may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery.

If you do cancel an order any money paid will be refunded - EXCEPT for 'Named Funeral Letters' where the cost of letters will be deducted for specific stock that has been pre-ordered.
